Carrie Ellman-Larsen

Carrie is a New York based theatre artist that works at the intersection of theatre, social justice and education. Getting her start as an actor, Carrie soon realized that she wanted to use theatre as a tool for change and empowerment. Carrie believes in theatre's power to transform communities, to break down barriers and to empower individuals to be advocates and agents in in the changes they envision in their lives. Her passion is devising theatre from people's stories.

What's Going On?

It's the end of the 2022 school year! Congratulations to all of the teachers who made this challenging yet rewarding year a success!
This is going to be an exciting summer!

After a successful run in Ghostlight Theatre's production of
Sweat, I will be performing alongside my son in Little Victory Theatre's production of Mame. Information to follow.

I will be working with Strike Anywhere to provide programming in Fort Green
focusing on improvisation and life/career skills.
