Carrie Ellman-Larsen

Carrie is a New York based theatre artist that works at the intersection of theatre, social justice and education. Getting her start as an actor, Carrie soon realized that she wanted to use theatre as a tool for change and empowerment. Carrie believes in theatre's power to transform communities, to break down barriers and to empower individuals to be advocates and agents in in the changes they envision in their lives. Her passion is devising theatre from people's stories.
